When returning goods, the following conditions must be met:
- the returned goods must be in the original, orderly packaging;
- the product must be unused and not damaged by the Buyer;
- the product must be kept intact in appearance (undamaged labels, unbreakable protective film, etc.). This item does not apply to the return of a defective product;
- the return item must be the same as the one received by the Buyer;
- When returning the goods, it is necessary to submit its purchase document, guarantee voucher (VAT invoice). If the item is purchased online, the purchase document of the product will be saved in the system, therefore, it will be enough to indicate the person's data (name, surname) on which name the order was made.

The buyer must deliver the returned goods to the office of UAB "Sportnetas".
IMPORTANT: The bus service service does not ship the consignment to the final destination, therefore the return of the goods is obligatory through Lithuanian registered mail, courier service or delivered by themselves.

Under the law, the Seller undertakes to repay money within 14 days. after confirmation that the good is in good condition, i.e. unidentified violations, damage, serial number of purchased and returned goods, etc.

In the event that the reason for the return of the goods is inadequate quality, UAB "Sportnetas" undertakes to modify the goods of inappropriate quality at its own expense or return the goods paid for the goods. Goods of inferior quality are replaced or returned in accordance with the "Rules for the return and exchange of goods", approved by Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of 29 June 2001.
